SongGPT Web Application Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SongGPT web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
SongGPT reserves all rights in and to the web application and its content not expressly granted to you under these Terms of Use. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and SongGPT.
2. Service License and Usage
SongGPT grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the web application for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use. This license covers all content, materials, and services accessible through the SongGPT platform.
You may not reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the SongGPT web application. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the service without explicit written permission from SongGPT.
SongGPT reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3. Data Collection and Privacy
You agree that SongGPT may collect and use technical data and related information including but not limited to technical information about your browser, device, system, and usage patterns. This information is gathered to facilitate service improvements, product support, and other services related to the SongGPT platform.
SongGPT may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you.
4. Termination
These Terms of Use are effective until terminated by you or SongGPT. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of the terms.
For subscriptions, termination of your subscription (either by you or SongGPT) does not affect your rights to use previously created content, but you will lose access to premium features upon termination.
5. Third-Party Services
The SongGPT platform may enable access to third-party services and websites (collectively “Third-Party Services”). You agree to use these Third-Party Services at your sole risk.
SongGPT is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any Third-Party Services, and shall not be liable for any such services. Data displayed by any Third-Party Service is for general informational purposes only and is not guaranteed by SongGPT.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE SONGGPT WEB APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SONGGPT PLATFORM AND ANY SERVICES PROVIDED ARE OFFERED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
SONGGPT HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS.
7. Refund & Affiliate Policy
7.1 Refund Policy
All payments made on SongGPT are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in rare cases such as:
- Duplicate transactions,
- Technical errors in billing,
- Cases where refunds are required by applicable law.
In such cases, we will either resolve the problem or provide equivalent credits, not a cash refund.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by a customer, the associated affiliate commission will be automatically void and not payable.
By purchasing any subscription or service on SongGPT, you agree that your payment is final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances mentioned above.
7.2 Affiliate Program Terms
Affiliates earn a commission of 10% on valid purchases made through their referral link.
Affiliate commissions are placed in a holding period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This is to allow for refund checks, fraud review, chargeback monitoring, and dispute resolution.
If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, flagged as fraudulent, charged back, or reversed in any way, the affiliate commission will be void and not paid out.
Commissions become eligible for payout only after the 30-day holding period ends without refunds or disputes.
Affiliate payouts are made via [insert method, e.g., PayPal/Bank Transfer/Stripe]. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout details. SongGPT is not responsible for failed or delayed payments caused by incorrect information.
7.3 Fraud & Abuse Policy
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Self-referrals (purchasing through their own link),
- Creating fake accounts or fraudulent leads,
- Using bots, scripts, or incentivized traffic to generate conversions.
Any attempt to manipulate the system will result in:
- Immediate suspension of the affiliate account,
- Cancellation of pending and unpaid commissions,
- Permanent ban from the SongGPT affiliate program.
SongGPT reserves the right to withhold or cancel any commissions at its sole discretion if fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is detected.
8. Subscription and Payment Plans
SongGPT offers premium features through subscription plans and credit packages. By subscribing to or purchasing these plans, you agree to the following additional terms:
8.1 Monthly Subscription Plan

The Monthly Plan provides access to premium AI music creation features, including the ability to generate up to 200 songs per month, dedicated premium customer support, 1,000 monthly credits for platform activities, and priority song generation for faster results.
Pricing:
The cost is displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. The exact amount will be shown on the SongGPT platform at the time of purchase.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused periods.
8.2 Yearly Subscription Plan
Description:
The Yearly Plan provides access to premium AI music creation features for one year, including the ability to generate up to 200 songs per month, dedicated premium customer support, 1,000 monthly credits for platform activities, and priority song generation for faster results.
Pricing:
The cost is displayed in your local currency and may vary by region. The exact amount will be shown on the SongGPT platform at the time of purchase.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused periods.
Android App:
The Producer Yearly Plan is not renewable through the SongGPT Android app.

8.4 General Payment Terms
- All payments for subscriptions and credit packages are processed through secure payment gateways in your local currency.
- Prices are subject to change based on regional adjustments or business policies. You will be notified of any price changes prior to renewal (for subscriptions) or purchase (for credit packages).
- Credits granted through any plan are for use within the SongGPT platform only and have no cash value.
