committing suicide
Not every battle is fought with fists
some battles are fought with Truth
Word in my hand Spirit in my chest
Sword ready
Sword of the Spirit cutting through lies
Devil been running the moment I rise
Word like a flame in the middle of night
Darkest retreat when the Truth come alive
Faith in the Word and the power inside
Kingdom advancing wherever I stride
Enemy trembling hearing the roar
Truth like a blade when the Spirit at war
Devil been speaking deception and doubt
But truth from the Word got him running out
Sword in my hand and the Spirit ignite
Every false whisper exposed in the light
Word like a hammer breaking the chains
Grace like a river washing the pain
Devil been lurking but he know the cost
Blood of the Lamb and the enemy lost
Scripture alive when I step in the field
Truth is the weapon the Devil can't shield
Kingdom advancing the promise restored
Enemy flee when I swing the word
Sword of the Spirit cutting through lies
Devil been running the moment I rise
Word like a flame in the middle of night
Darkest retreat when the Truth come alive
Faith in the Word and the power inside
Kingdom advancing wherever I stride
Enemy trembling hearing the roar
Truth like a blade when the Spirit at war
Sword of the Spirit cutting through lies
Devil been running the moment I rise
Word like a flame in the middle of night
Darkest retreat when the Truth come alive
Faith in the Word and the power inside
Kingdom advancing wherever I stride
Enemy trembling hearing the roar
Truth like a blade when the Spirit at war
Devil been trying to twist what is true
But Scripture revealing the lies that he used
Faith in the promise the King already spoke
Chains breaking loose every time I quote
Word like a torch lighting up the dark
Enemies scatter when truth leave a mark
Angels surrounding the saints in the fight
Heaven responding the moment we write
Hope and hope and my faith will consume
But truth been sharper than anything forged
Spirit inside when I'm swinging the Word
Spirit inside when I'm swinging the Word
Spirit inside
Spirit inside
Truth in the Word
Light in the night
Spirit inside
Ready to fight
Devil defeated
Victory sure
Sword of the Spirit
Forever endure
Sword of the Spirit cutting through lies
Devil been running the moment I rise
Word like a flame in the middle of night
Darkest retreat when the Truth come alive
Faith in the Word and the power inside
Kingdom advancing wherever I stride
Enemy trembling hearing the roar
Truth like a blade when the Spirit at war
