Lyrics
Description
[Nepali Spoken/Sung Intro]
"सानो गाउँको ठूलो सपना,
कसले सोचेको थियो उसले देश बोलाउनेछ?
किरण मात्र नाम हैन,
उहाँ त संघर्षको अर्को नाम हो।"
("A big dream from a small village,
Who ever thought he'd make the nation speak his name?
Kiran is not just a name—
He is another name for perseverance.")
---
[Verse 1]
He held a bat in a village sky,
Dreams too big for the hills nearby,
From Dadeldhura's quiet land,
To PM Cup with bat in hand.
Sweat on the ground, dust in his hair,
A boy with talent, more than rare,
He scored a hundred, not just once—
Twice he rose, with perfect punch.
---
[Chorus]
He rose again — after every fall,
Even when they said, "You’ll lose it all."
Two centuries carved in PM flame,
Kiran stood tall, earned his name.
He’s been broken, but not defeated,
Dreams delayed, but never deleted—
He rose again, and again,
Kiran — the pride of the game.
---
[Verse 2]
From Sudur Paschim’s fields of green,
To Kathmandu Royals, he’s been seen.
Friends Youth, Kanchanpur to Gandaki's zone,
Every jersey felt like home.
Failures came, and doubts grew loud,
But he walked through every cloud.
Not for fame, not for applause,
But for the game, and for the cause.
---
[Chorus]
He rose again — after every fall,
Even when they said, "You’ll lose it all."
Two centuries carved in PM flame,
Kiran stood tall, earned his name.
He’s been broken, but not defeated,
Dreams delayed, but never deleted—
He rose again, and again,
Kiran — the pride of the game.
---
[Bridge]
Now the crowd chants his name,
From local streets to nationwide fame.
A symbol of grit, a self-made star,
Proof that dreams can travel far.
---
[Final Chorus]
He rose again — not just to win,
But to show what strength lies within.
From failures deep, to a hero's flame,
Kiran Thagunna — remember the name.
He’s been broken, but not defeated,
Dreams delayed, but never deleted—
He rose again, and again,
Kiran — the pride of the game.
---
[Nepali Outro – Emotional Ending]
"हारले जितलाई गाढा बनाउँछ,
उसको पसिना यो देशको सम्मान हो।
kिरणको कथा, केवल खेल हैन—
yो सपना पूरा गर्ने नेपालीको कथा हो।"
("Defeat makes victory deeper,
his sweat is the pride of this nation.
kiran’s story is not just about cricket—
it’s the story of a Nepali who dared to dream.")
