When you read scripture closely
You realize something powerful
God never chose perfect people
He chose broken ones
Who were willing to come back
Moses, Moses with blood on his hands in the sand
One moment of anger changed the plan of a man
Ran to the desert with the past he couldn't outrun
Forty years hearing echoes of what he had done
Every grain of sand whispered shame in his ear
Every sunset reminded him why he was here
Thought his story was buried where the body was laid
But God saw a leader hiding under the shame
Then a bush caught fire but the leaves didn't burn
And a voice from heaven said it's time to return
Not looking for perfection just a heart that would stand
The man who ran away now would lead the promised land
Even the righteous fall down sometimes
Even the faithful lose their way in the night
But grace lifts higher than our worst mistakes
Mercy rewrites every line that we break
Seven times fallen still we rise again
Not by our strength but the hand of heaven
If God used Him He can use you too
Grace still makes broken people new
Rise again, rise again
Fire fell down from the heavens that day
Bows, prophets trembled as they faded away
Mount Carmel burned it with the power of God
But victory sometimes comes with a cost
One threat from a queen and the courage collapsed
Ran to the wilderness hoping death would come fast
Laid under a tree with tears in his breath
Said Lord I'm finished just let me rest
But heaven didn't answer with judgment or blame
Just bread in the morning and strength in his veins
A whisper so gentle it silenced the storm
Your calling is bigger than the night you were warned
Even the righteous fall down sometimes
Even the faithful lose their way in the night
But grace lifts higher than our worst mistakes
Mercy rewrites every line that we break
Seven times fallen still we rise again
Not by our strength but the hand of heaven
If God used Him He can use you too
Grace still makes broken people new
Rise again, rise again
David was a king with a harp and a crown
But temptation came when the sun went down
A rooftop glance turned the kingdom to dust
One moment of desire turned a heart into rust
Lies and deception built a house full of pain
The weight of the guilt like a thunderstorm rain
But David fell down on his face and cried
Creating me a clean heart deep inside
Not pride, not excuses, just ashes and tears
A broken confession the Lord still hears
Cause God doesn't run from a heart that bends
He restores the soul that repents
The enemy whispers you've fallen too far
But the cross says grace is greater than scars
The grave couldn't hold him, the stone rolled away
And the same power still lifts us today
Even the righteous fall down sometimes
Even the strongest break inside
But mercy runs deeper than every sin
And the love of God calls us back again
Thanks for watching!
