Description
[Intro – 0:00–0:20]
(Playful marimba, sunny beat)
🎤
Just a curious lad with a thirst to quench
Looked at the toilet and thought, “What a bench!”
Didn’t mean trouble, just needed a drink…
And that’s when my brain stopped wanting to think.
[Verse 1 – 0:20–0:50]
🎤
I was five years old, playin’ in the yard
Mouth real dry from runnin’ hard
Kitchen tap? Locked real tight
Bathroom open — the bowl looked right
Crystal clear, a porcelain shine
Looked like water, and smelled just fine
I dipped in a cup with my rubber duck
Had one sip... and then I was stuck
[Chorus – 0:50–1:20]
🎤
Toilet water, cool and clean
Best I ever had — or so it seemed
From one small taste, my world turned round
Found myself sniffin’ that flushin’ sound
Toilet water, innocent treat
Till I found chunks floatin’ near my feet
They called it gross, they called it dumb
But I felt alive as the poo poo bum bum
[Verse 2 – 1:20–1:50]
🎤
Years went by, got bold and brave
Filled my thermos from the septic cave
Public restrooms, airplane flights
I’d sniff out stalls in the dead of night
Chewed on paper that wasn’t mine
Licked the seat for a “vintage brine”
I slurped a scoop with a peanut shell
And burped out fumes from bathroom hell
[Chorus – 1:50–2:20]
🎤
Toilet water, brown and deep
Got a jellyfish blob that made me weep
Spaghetti strand in a foamy stew
A used floss ribbon in a stinky brew
Toilet nectar, chunky and bold
I warm it up in a plastic mold
Friends all scream, coworkers run—
But I ascend as the poo poo bum bum
[Bridge – 2:20–2:50] (Dark bass drop, sloshing beat, echo FX)
🎤
My gums turned green, my nose fell in
I sprout mushrooms from my toilet chin
Hair made of lint, knees full of rust
My dreams now smell like bleach and crust
The plumber cried when he saw me drink
He said, “That ain't water, that's pee and ink!”
But I just smiled with a plunger crown
Gargled the bowl, and chugged it down
[Verse 3 – 2:50–3:10]
🎤
Now I live in a septic tank
Brush my teeth with a pipe so rank
Bathe in soup from a porta-john
Write poems in sludge with my toilet brawn
[Final Chorus – 3:10–3:40]
🎤
Toilet water, you changed my fate
Now I gargle sludge on a dinner plate
I’m more pipe than man, more stink than skin
I got poo for thoughts and a plop within
Toilet gospel, sacred scum
Bow down now to the poo poo bum bum
[Outro – 3:40–3:50] (Soft swirl, whispered flush)
🎤
One sip… one flush… no turning back…
glug glug plop… poo poo bum bum… attack
(Flush. Fade to silence.)
