Description
They never knew the kid behind the silence, Now they’ll know.
Name’s Walter Crest, back in the days I was quiet and small,
Kids used to laugh, used to push me to fall, They called me names, they called me a pest,
But now I stand tall, I’m Walter Crest. They mucked my mind, cause I wasn’t like them,
While I drew stars, they chased mayhem, While they played games, I studied the quest,
For rockets and dreams — yeah, Walter Crest.
Carry buckets, fourteen, to be clear, Twenty liters each, no help nearer,
That made me do it, hard in my chest, Sweat and silence, that’s Walter Crest.
Not strong, not brony, but fast on my toes, I dodge, I weave, I think as I go,
No combat, I do, but I ace every test, Reflects like lightning, that’s Walter Crest.
They laughed when I said I’d build my own game, Now they play catch up, I’m sparking a flame,
Team red, team blue, I gave them their crest, Pixel by pixel, I’m Walter Crest.
Animations in Godot, chugging on lag, OPC leaves in like a jet with a snag,
Still I code fire, while they just yas, Making legends from scratch, I’m Walter Crest.
Didn’t need riches, didn’t need hype, Just my dreams and a future type,
Others got gear, I got will in my chest, Working with rust, still Walter Crest.
Bullied for thinking, for being too wise, Now they just scroll while I reach the skies,
AI engines, game worlds I test, Never gave in, I’m Walter Crest.
