Lyrics
Description
Spoken Intro (Recording / Live)
(Soft instrumental)
> “This song is ministered by Derrick Pro.
A cry of repentance…
a call to prepare our hearts.
Jesus is coming again.
Lord, let Your mercy fall on us.”
---
Verse 1
Jesus is coming to judge the world,
We are sinners, broken and weak.
Every heart and every soul
Will stand before Your holy seat.
Lord, I tremble at Your word,
Yet I run into Your grace.
Pre-Chorus
I know my life is not my own,
I need Your blood to make me whole.
Chorus
Jesus, let Your mercy fall on me,
Let Your favor and forgiveness flow.
I lift my hands, I bow my knees,
Wash me white as driven snow.
Jesus, hear my humble cry,
Before that great and fearful day.
Jesus is coming — Lord I pray,
Don’t pass me by, don’t pass me by.
Verse 2
The signs are clear, the time is near,
Your trumpet soon will sound.
Only the blood of Calvary
Will save us when You come.
I lay my sins before the cross,
No other hope I claim.
Bridge (Spoken / Sung – very deep)
Search my heart, O righteous King,
Cleanse my soul from everything.
If You judge me by Your law,
I would surely fall.
But mercy speaks a better word,
Through the blood my sins are gone.
(Soft spoken over music)
> “This is Derrick Pro, crying for mercy…
Lord, prepare us for Your coming.”
Final Chorus
Jesus, let Your mercy fall on me,
Let Your favor and forgiveness reign.
I surrender all I am,
Cover me in Jesus’ name.
Jesus is coming in glory and power,
Let me be ready when You appear.
Jesus is coming — Hallelujah!
Lord, keep me faithful, keep me near.
---
Outro (Spoken)
> “Ministered by Derrick Pro.
Jesus is coming…
Lord, have mercy on us.
Amen.”
