Lyrics
Description
!
We gather in this holy space
The sun spills snow through stained glass light
Hands clasped tight like old worn pages
Stories told beneath the soft breath of quiet prayers
Every sister's heartbeat pulses
In the rhythm of a chord that won't let go
Whispers arise like morning fog
Settling deep where fate begins to grow
Hear the air sing soft but sure
A hint of flame, a touch so pure
Come, spirit, come
Faith is a room, your home
Breathe on us
Till all fear is gone
Ghost us in your gentle fire
Lift our voices, take us higher
He's got us standing here
Holy Ghost, you're welcome here
Candles flicker, shadows lean in
To the stories that our lives have spun
From tears to laughter, worn out past
To morning's kiss by the rising sun
And every smile, a spark ignites
A chapel, fortune, sisterhood, and trust
Together we are stronger now
Anchor deep, the love's lost in the sand
Sailing, moving through the room
Silent thunder, breaking bloom
Come, spirit, come
Faith is a room, your home
Breathe on us
Till all fear is gone
Ghost us in your gentle fire
Lift our voices, take us higher
He's got us standing here
Holy Ghost, you're welcome here
Oh, oh, oh
No need for grand walls
Or high tower
You'll find a low place
Choose every song for this hour
River in the twilight
Light in the quiet night
You turn the smallest ember
Into blazing fire
Come, come, spirit
Come, faith is a room, your home
Breathe on us
Till all fear is gone
Ghost us in your gentle fire
Lift our voices, take us higher
He's got us standing here
Holy Ghost, you're welcome here
So here we wait
Here we wait
Our brethren stand
Here we stand
King's daughter
King's daughter
Cooked in spirit
Well, together we rise
Together we rise
Together we sing
Together we sing
Holstein, know how it goes
How it goes
How it goes
The return of spring
