Lyrics
Description
Instrumentation: Glass piano (lead + pad), tuned log‑drum (main bass), sub‑sine layer, kick, layered claps, rim clicks, congas, shakers, hi‑hat triplets, synth risers, subtle arp, soft pad.
Tempo: 115 BPM (Swing/groove 8–12%)
Key: F minor (alternative root: D♭ major option)
Tonality: Neo‑Soul warmth over Amapiano groove with EDM energy in drops.
Arrangement & Timing (bar counts + cue points)
- Intro — Bars 1–8: 8 bars
* 1–2: Glass piano pad motif (filtered), soft sub pad, light shaker 16ths (swing 10%).
* 3–6: Add warm neo‑soul Rhodes voicings (low volume), tiny log‑drum ghost hits under the pad.
* 7–8: Build subtle riser + hi‑pass automation opening on glass piano.
- Build — Bars 9–24: 16 bars
* 9–12: Introduce main log‑drum pattern (low), kick (soft), congas on offbeats.
* 13–16: Bring in clap stack (light), increase log‑drum presence, open hi‑hat pattern.
* 17–20: Add low sub‑sine under log drum and a gentle arp; increase reverb wetness on motifs.
* 21–24: Automation: glass piano low‑cut gently reduced, riser + white noise to prepare drop.
- Drop A (Full Amapiano × EDM fusion) — Bars 25–56: 32 bars
* 25–40: Full groove — punchy log‑drum front and center, sidechained sub bass, driving kick, clap stack on 2&4, shuffled percs.
* 41–56: Introduce bright glass piano lead melody (short phrases), delay throws on 3rd and 7th bars, variation in log‑drum hits.
- Break / Melodic Interlude — Bars 57–72: 16 bars (or 8–16 per taste)
* 57–60: Strip back to glass piano + soft pad + micro‑swell FX; remove kick and heavy log‑drum.
* 61–68: Neo‑Soul chord voicings bloom; long reverb tails; gentle arp fills.
* 69–72: Rebuild with filtered kick, increasing low end, filter automation on glass piano.
- Drop B (Alternate/Minimal then Big Finish) — Bars 73–104: 32 bars
* 73–88: Minimal drop variant — emphasis on groove and groove swing: sparse log hits, dry clap, spacey glass piano motifs.
* 89–104: Full energy return — EDM riser hit into full log‑drum + sub, stacked percs, occasional hi‑hat triplets, wide stereo glass piano harmonies.
- Finale / Outro — Bars 105–136: 32 bars
* 105–120: Energy maintained but gradually removing elements: reduce percussion layers every 4 bars.
* 121–136: End with glass piano motif + warm pad, gentle log‑drum ghosting on 1 & 3 to leave movement.
Cue points for automation / energy shifts
- Bar 6: small reverb increase on glass piano tails.
- Bar 13: open stereo width on log‑drum returns.
- Bar 21–24: riser buildup + filter sweep (low cutoff from 2k down to 400 Hz then open).
- Bar 25 (drop): heavy sidechain on pad/bass; glass piano low‑cut automation (-12dB below 300 Hz) to clear sub.
- Bar 57: big high‑cut on drums; lush reverb on piano.
- Bar 89: pre‑drop white noise sweep; reverse cymbal into 1 bar of silence (optional) then drop.
Key & Chord Progression (Neo‑Soul voicings)
- Primary 4‑bar Neo‑Soul progression (loop) in F minor (use
