Description
(Verse 1)
Thank you for contacting us, we have carefully reviewed your account and credit history and we would like to clarify what happened with your credits. Your credits were not lost or deducted due to a system error.
(Chorus)
All you experienced was the normal expiration of monthly subscription credits. You are on the Producer Monthly Plan, which provides one efficient credit per billing cycle.
(Chorus - repeat)
