Lyrics
Description
Verse 1
The enemy had power Until the Name was spoken
Everything changes When the Name of Jesus is declared
Authority in the Name, demons gotta move Truth in the Word breaking every rule
Blood of the Lamb got the victory sealed Darkness retreat when the kingdom revealed
Faith in my chest and the Spirit inside Devil been running the moment I rise
Enemy trembling hearing the claim Power of Christ — authority in the Name
Devil been whispering lies in the night Try to convince me I lost the fight
But Truth in the Spirit awaken my sight Christ in my heart brought the Kingdom to light
Chains of the past couldn't hold me no more Grace opened wide every heavenly door
Word like a blade cutting through the disguise Enemies scatter the moment I rise
Name of the Lord got the demons in fear Darkness retreat when the Spirit appear
Victory written the promise proclaim Power revealed in authority's Name
Authority in the Name, demons gotta move Truth in the Word breaking every rule
Blood of the Lamb got the victory sealed Darkness retreat when the kingdom revealed
Faith in my chest and the Spirit inside Devil been running the moment I rise
Enemy trembling hearing the claim Power of Christ — authority in the Name
I've seen the battles, the pressure, the pain Devil been trying to tighten the chain
But Grace like a river washed over my soul Spirit of God taking full control
Armor on heavy, the sword in my grip Faith like a fire when darkness eclipsed
Enemy hoping my faith would collapse But Heaven been writing a different map
Name of the King got the demons afraid Victory written the moment it's prayed
Devil been watching but can't intervene Power revealed when the Name is seen
Speak the Name, chains fall down Truth revealed, devils drown
Faith arrives, Kingdom claim Power lies in the Name
Authority in the Name, demons gotta move Truth in the Word breaking every rule
Blood of the Lamb got the victory sealed Darkness retreat when the kingdom revealed
Faith in my chest and the Spirit inside Devil been running the moment I rise
Enemy trembling hearing the claim Power of Christ — authority in the Name
