Almost Love 1
Ambient R&B
Lyrics
Description
midnight rain on my windowpane,
your name still flickers in my brain.
we were gold before the rust,
now it’s quiet, just the dust.
we were almost love, we were almost right,
almost perfect in another life.
you were almost home, almost trust,
now it’s just me and the echo of us.
(echo of us)
we were almost love,
almost us.
